We will gladly verify your eligibility and benefits for you on all insurance plans prior to scheduling an appointment, even if not listed above. If you are unsure of the plan, we will check that too! Some plans do require things such as a physician’s referral or prior authorization BEFORE we can treat you, and we will inform you of those requirements, if necessary.
